      Nice office space. Great concept. You keep busy.

      The staff “in charge” scream & yell & swear ALL DAY! It’s as if they HATE working at AIV, which is sad because it could have been a great place to work. Seniority rules... even though the management is zero percent qualified. There is a lot of favoritism too so if you get in good with a manager, your potential is possibly limitless.

      Pros

      Decent pay, clean building, plenty of employee parking.

      Cons

      Be prepared to be walking on eggshells everyday from 8 am to 5 pm. No one will come to your aid or even listen to you when you are being bullied and harassed by certain individuals in the accounting department.
