The lawyers here are the definition of micro-managers. For example, one of the pros was no overtime--- they are actually very particular about your time. They make you email them a list of everything you did for the day and how long it took you to do each item. Every minute must be accounted for. If there are 5 minutes unaccounted for, you'll be asked what you were doing for those 5 minutes.
The managing lawyers are indecisive, yet won't release any control on any decisions. They don't like it when you ask too many questions- it's considered needy and they may even say you are combative or resistant if you are too inquisitive. Management wants things done their way, they claim to be open to suggestions, but do not actually accept- they are always right.
The company culture is horrible. It's a very cold, stale environment. Super small company, and you have no idea who you can trust. I also wouldn't suggest a POC work here. Lastly, the pay is mediocre. On top of hating going to work everyday, you're also severely underpaid while the owners line their pockets.
