      Pros

      Fair pay and friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Communication between HR and other branches of the company is awful. Administration in general is disorganized and ineffective. Turn-over rate for leadership roles is high and there were some shady lay-offs that happened and got swept under the rug.

We love to hear you're happy with the people and the pay, but we are sorry to hear you haven't been pleased with recent organizational changes and communication. Change is always hard, especially when we have such a tight-knit team. We've tried to handle these changes the best we could, but of course, we aren't perfect.       - Very kind people and great working environment - There is a good handful of talented engineers - Extremely talented C level, sales, recruiting, data science, and product individuals - The product could be scaled to something huge if the right leadership is found

      Cons

      - Weak engineering leadership - Not a super strong focus on the innovation of new products - Current main product is on life support and needs a bit of love - No real sense of direction or priority

      Pros

      -The problems we were trying to solve were very ambitious and the team (even though none of them are there anymore) was one of the best ever assembled to tackle it.

      Cons

      -Radically unstable management team (8 execs have resigned or been fired by the founder who thinks he's Zuckerberg or Elon Musk) -No one knows what is going on and strategy and vision change on a dime based on the exits mentioned above ^^ -Financial dire straits, we have no investors willing to invest, banks willing to lend. Basically the company is capitalized by friends and family. -There is so much façade of high growth tech company here. While we have a great product we are not a unicorn or "on a rocket ship going to the moon" Very self-inflated.
