Constant negativity spread from the top of the business down, no one is ever good enough in the Director's opinion and forget confidentiality especially from the directors - that's the best form of gossip here! Salaries are based upon whether you’re liked rather than your ability to do the job. People aren’t recognised for what they’re capable of and it’s a shame to see. Directors aren’t able to run the business. They’ll continue to take on new business but not provide the support/technology for the staff to fulfil it. Engineers are looked down at. Gifts given to office staff and everyone else is completely forgotten about.
