The team at alcanzar appreciates good work. They have a really good platform for graphic designers. They are paid well and gain respect as well unlike other companies in lucknow who hire graphic designers and treat them very badly. In Alcanzar, Graphic Designers are considered as the integral part of the company.
Cons
No separate washroom facility for female employees. It's not the company for those who are expecting a grand salary at initial level. No fixed office hours. They even make the female employees to stay in the office after 7 p.m.
