Pros
There are no pros of working here. I would recommend people who are thinking about joininh this company - "PLEASE DON'T" this is a bad place to work. You will always be working under stress and more than 8 hours.
Cons
Only 12 paid leaves in a year, they make you use a monitoring software which collects screenshot from your device and keep tabs of what you are working on. Poor management, senior guys are so arrogant, they don't care about employees wellbeing all they care about is client and buisness. No proper way or process of working, they just want things get done that's it. No compensation, no benefits. At very less salary they would want you to work like a pro. No fun activities happen here, no events, nothing.
