Pros

I did gain technical experience with large datasets.

Cons

My projects were constantly restarted because priorities kept shifting without warning. Reports I spent hours creating were discarded overnight in favor of whatever narrative leadership wanted. It became clear they weren’t looking for real analysis — they only wanted numbers that backed up their story. Watching my time and skills wasted like that was infuriating and completely demoralizing.

Pros

Some of the other copywriters were talented. Collaborating with them and learning from them was the only bright spot.

Cons

- Joining this company means being forced to do enormous amounts of work with impossible timing. - Constant availability is demanded just to coordinate with colleagues in another location. - Work-life balance is nonexistent. - Any objection is met with more pressure and arrogance. - Leaders push relentlessly and try to dominate every aspect of your life, inside and outside of work. - Logic and reason have no place here. - The only way to survive is to comply fully. Obey without question while quietly searching for other opportunities. - Departure is met with indifference, so expect no acknowledgment or resistance.

Pros

Collaborations between teams and other departments. Getting to know everyone involved was genuinely positive.

Cons

To them, firing people felt like a cruel pastime! Someone was getting fired almost every day! This sounds unreal, but it happened because management treats employees as disposable tools, tossed aside once exhausted or judged useless!
