      Great part time job if going to school.

      Workers don't like switching shifts, especially if they are part of the day shift.

      Great Co-workers and management. Willing to work with schedules. Good Temporary or beggining job. Good job to have while you are a student or looking for a part time job

      Cons

      not a long term postion. Very little opportunity for growth and advancement. No type of review system for performance.
