Pros
We help young kids around the world learn English with a values-driven curriculum. What could be more meaningful than that?! And the team I work with to try to accomplish that mission is world-class.
Cons
Start-up life is exhilarating, but also a bit uncertain at times. I like the fact that we're all unified in our goals and not too concerned about "staying in our lanes." It takes everyone jumping in to move things along.

-Fantastic people to work with, amazing leadership team -Mission drive organization to give children a life full of meaningful connection through English and values -Innovative technology set to disrupt old methods of teaching English -Hybrid work environment - remote and office options -Did I say the people are awesome?! Great team that cares about culture.
Cons
Not a con for me, but maybe for some. Start up feel where some paths to success are a bit unclear and require creativity and grit to accomplish.
