      Salary is really low . Worst company to work for. No career Growth. They don't treat their employees well. No Diversity and Implicit Racism in the organization

      Pros

      Full home office, trust-based environment, okay-ish job. The only hard requirement to start a job was excellent english knowledge, basically.

      Cons

      Less and less benefits, a bit confusing communication from the management, and the salary could be better - it is below industry standard.
