      Pros

      Great work environment, WFH embraced fully, very pro-human rights in and out of the office. Upward mobility is pretty solid if you shine. If you come to work to work and that's it, you aren't forgotten.

      Cons

      The pay can be lacking. Everything is on a structured payscale so your experience will only matter getting you in the door, not how much you are compensated.
