      The owners regularly berate and treat their employees like slaves. The post before praising the owners is 100% fake!

      Pros

      There is absolutely nothing positive about working in this company. The high turn over rate is directly caused by Ana the owner. Its the norm to see her completely break her employees down into tears. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.

      Cons

      All of the employees are over worked with insane schedules that are unsustainable. The post before is complete BS with the owners working hard with you. They are good at putting the pressure on everyone till they snap and leave the company. There is no such thing as a work life balance there.

      This is the worst company to work for and there are NON PROS!

      Cons

      I`ve been in fashion more than 10 years and this was the worst experience in my life! Completely disrespectful to the employees. There is yelling in the office 24/7 and they treat everyone like slaves. EXTREMELY hostile and toxic work environment. If you respect yourself and want to be healthy and happy please find something else and don`t waste your time in this mediocre company.

      Pros

      The pro is that any drama you encounter in future work environments will seem like an absolute breeze in comparison. Also, the company’s reputation precedes itself, so when you need to get out, most employers are sympathetic to the reason for leaving a role so soon.

      Cons

      You will go into this position thinking you are stronger than the people making these reviews and come out the other side with actual PTSD. The fashion industry is notoriously fast-paced, and at Alexis, you will work at this pace with an unreasonable workload and impossible deadlines. The girls they hire are sharp. Somehow you will pull it off, only to be told it wasn’t good enough. The emotional abuse that happens within Alexis is real, and so is the lying and cheating they do to make more money off their customers. But the hardest part of all was watching a handful of girls put up with this for free clothes on their birthday, Gucci shoes at Christmas and a rare compliment when they run a miracle play.
