It is mired in constant chaos, a inept management team, and staff employees who accept stress as “The Alfa Laval Way.” This is not a strategic organization and will change direction on a whim, especially if the Swedish overlords are looking closely at a metric. If your female, you’ll quickly notice the subtle ways you are treated differently, including pay inequities. The good people figure all this out in the first three years and leave. You are left with the rest of the toxic workplace acceptors. Don’t waste your time. You deserve a great experience and better pay.
