Pros

Only pro is that it’s an actual 9-5.

Cons

Underpaid Not a good environment for anyone. Mostly older co workers who are just there to retire. Everyone is miserable and act like they are still in middle school gossip. Will never use updated systems because everyone is “stuck in their ways” and refuse to change. No raises. No appreciation or respect. Upper management has no concept of the current market and only cares about their extremely high pay check. No room for growth or improvement. Understaffed and will constantly work a job of 4-5 people. A constant cycle of a blame game of reasoning why the company isn’t doing well in all departments. Over all poorly run company.

Pros

A pleasant work environment, a reputable company, and amiable colleagues.

Cons

The management extensively micromanages and shows favoritism within the team. The management actively shields their favored team members and extends this bias to upper management through consistent praises. Treatment of employees is based on personal favoritism, with the manager showing greater leniency towards their preferred individuals. Work distribution within the team is unfairly skewed, resulting in favored individuals having lighter workloads. Additionally, a consistent pattern of disrespectful treatment and hazing of new employees by the manager is observed as a method to push and assess their limits. Among the reasons why I wouldn't recommend this position are the inadequate compensation, average benefits, and the absence of employee recognition.

Pros

Great if you're just starting and need a years experience or more mature and need a place to settle down.

Cons

Almost no possibility for advancement. Almost no chance of a annual increase. Insurance cost will skyrocket year after year because of the older average age of the employees. The owner is half way out the door so he really doesn't care and the rest of management is divided and doesn't bother trying to fix much of anything that's wrong.
