Be prepared to be micromanaged. Design engineering is located in St. Louis, communication challenges with Decatur manufacturing team. Promote Lean mfg. but truly do not know how to implement, It starts with respect for people, not just throwing lean tools at the wall to see what sticks. Employee engagement is low. Decatur office is dated and dirty. Lack of ownership and accountability permeates management team.
