Already during the interview, I really liked that the candidate's personality, attitude and how well he would fit into the team can make as much of a difference as the expertise he possesses. What I also really like at Allwin is that I can constantly develop a lot professionally, on varied and exciting projects, with the help of professionally outstanding mentors. You will meet a very welcoming, friendly and humorous environment who come to work here. After a few months, I felt as if I had known my colleagues for years. We regularly hold diverse and creative team building sessions, but there is always time for an informal and joint conversation with a couple of drinks.
