      Developing job for an ambitious person

      Pros

      - The workplace has a very social atmosphere with lots of enjoyable things happening both during job hours and after work hours. - The employees are all very kind and good-hearted. Allakando has very good core values, where the main goal is to help people and make their lives easier. - My experience is that the management is very keen to your development and mental health. Continuous meetings insure that all employees are satisfied with their employment. - You are able to follow your own progress through different charts and statistics.

      Cons

      - It is a demanding job that requires focus and commitment, for some this might be a problem. However if you are ambitious and if you can handle stress, it is manageable.

      - You get to a lot of experience within different parts of the organisation. - If you show willingness, then you're trusted with lots of opportunities and responsibilities. - The management wants you to exceed – They have continuous meetings in order to improve and succeed within your role at the company. - You can easily follow your process through different numbers and statistics available to you, which makes it easier to know what you have to improve. - The colleagues and the culture within the organisation is great!

      Cons

      - Very demanding. If you're not ready for a "real" job, then it might not be right for you.

      Very developing place to work

      Pros

      Great opportunities to grow as a person, perfect during your studies or as a first job. You get a lot of time with your manager for feedback & development, sometimes several times per week.

      Cons

      Some people are not used to getting feedback and take it as criticism (as can be noted in some of the reviews below). You need to be a bit mature to work here, it is not a place to relax and not contribute to the company.
