      Pros

      Nice people, free coffee and soft drinks in the office.

      Cons

      Everything else is ridiculous. The company takes on more work than it can deliver. People are extremely nice there, but everyone wants to leave, and no one is happy. They except everyone to take their work home with them and work at least 12 hours a day.

      very lucrative in sales and pre-sales as the product is very good

      success is despite the company, not because of it. training is abysmal. enormously cliquey. emea office is run like a frat house!

      The good thing is you do not need to understand the ETRM space to be a salesperson

      Cons

      The executive committee keeps upgrading the system which means we have to learn more about all the new processes which is difficult when you do not understand the industry
