Pros

The only pro for the entire company is the base pay which is $16 per hour that's literally it

Cons

If you are 15 mins late they drop your pay to $8 an hour for the whole WEEK! The trainers don't train you well at all. You have to dial at LEAST 370 calls daily. Seriously Google this company.. I wish I would have. There are so many complaints, law suits, it's insane.

Pros

The only pros would be the work hours which are Monday through Friday, and the base pay that's it

Cons

It's sales if you don't sell the managers are horrible to you. They lie and sau they will work with you, but that's not the case if you don't sell they won't help and will fire you with no warning. Very harsh environment. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
