Pros
Good balance. Great pivot into products really selling the company. Great sectors and people and nice.
Cons
None really. Tries to do a lot and maybe could focus a little, but I guess that is most companies in the world.

Pros
Free food, great work life balance, agile environment, toys and dogs in the office, interesting work every now and then, beautiful location (during summer)
Cons
Not in a great location, difficult access even if you drive; Strong adulation culture: You need to worship owners and directors... you won't get anywhere through the quality of your work. Favouritism is also evident. No real technical leadership; Very hierarchical for such small company; Decisions are never respected and always belong to those least prepared to make one; No career opportunities; Huge gap between how good people are and how good they think they are boosted by how good the bosses think they are.

Pros
The atmosphere here is extremely friendly with everyone being approachable and caring. When there is a change in operations, the management are very transparent with what is going on keeping everyone in the loop. The management know exactly how important the staff are and look to develop our skills by offering a training budget to all employees. The opportunities to grow within your role are big, the company is growing and employees push themselves to achieve the best. Alliants every 6 months want to reward everyone for their hard work and continued efforts by providing us all with generous bonuses!
Cons
As Alliants is growing there are lots of changes being made, some people if grounded to old roots may not like the dynamic environment of which we work in.

Pros
Work-life balance, free meals on Friday, Dogs in the office, nice colleagues
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities although chances increase if you are inside the leadership’s friendship circle. Skill is not taken into account but how many times you’ve been to the pub with the boss. Passive-aggressive punishments for small mistakes. Lots of people think they are the best in their field when they’re not even the best in the room (and they are almost always the leadership’s friends).

Pros
One of the best places I have ever worked in my career. Nice environment - friendly people and amazing productivity / team work vibe. The development you get from working in an company like Alliants is off the charts. New and exciting stuff happening every week and all the challenges that comes with that, making you push yourself forward every single day. The bar / drinks / games are a plus!
Cons
Maybe the rush of the day to day work can be a bit too much for some people!

Pros
I have been welcomed in by all the employees as someone who is quite new to their role. I have had any questions or queries answered quickly and with interest in helping me improve. There is a sense that you are part of team with everyone willing to help whoever to help them achieve their goal. Also, the office is amazing with a warm feel and places to relax after the day of work.
Cons
That coronavirus means I cant go into the office!

Pros
With an amazing atmosphere, great team, interesting projects, regular staff events and free food / beer, I really cant recommend Alliants enough. On top of that, the work/life balance is second to none; they really look after their staff.
Cons
Some teams, like the one I was on, are not big enough to allow for career growth.
