      Pros

      Good benefits and 401k. Almatis is a global company so you get to work with lots of different people. The company is open to suggestions and actively works to improve processes.

      Cons

      Disconnect between management and employees in some departments. Working in a global environment can be frustrating when policies and perks differ from one location to another.
