Pros

Some of the clients are nice

Cons

-disorganized -will hire you for a role without having any work for you to do. I was hired, then later told I wouldn't have any clients of my own for another 5 months months when the next housing project was done, then management criticized me for "not doing enough"... they expected me to just shadow people or make up random office work to do for 5 months?? demoralizing -don't go out of their way to protect employees from abusive clients -no training -no help for upper management -seems like its just a money making scheme for the hire ups
