Pros
Good historical reputation. Lots of bright young things working there. Sound methodologies. Nice legacy staff perks - eg team picnics etc.
Cons
No corporate strategy! Too many changes of direction. Focus of senior management is way too introspective and not at all client-centric. Lots of big egos!

Pros
There's a lot of room to move up in the company, and the company has a merit-based structure for promotions. There's a strong focus on professional development. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. People work hard but are willing to lend a hand during busy times.
Cons
There's not necessarily enough employees for the amount of work, which results in a lot of evening and weekend work. Company is on a quarter system, so there's always a mad rush at the end of each quarter to finish projects so revenue gets counted for that quarter. Salary is not necessarily merit-based and low for the number of hours. Expectations are high, resulting in a lack of work/life balance.
