Clunky and inefficient processes preserved by too many entrenched old hands, unworkable cost models, top heavy management, too much time wasted on window dressing and trivia and not enough time spent on fixing obvious problems.
close knit team, subsidiary of Optus now so good development opportunities to transition to other areas.

I cant really think of any except that I spent a lot of time on customer site (where it would have been great to be more present in the office any among the team).
