      Okay salary Private healthcare Individual departments work really hard for the business.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace culture. Carries out typical surveys for improvement but doesn't take the time to know personel. Unsafe high risk environment (at times)

      Pros

      Wage, pension plan, decent colleagues. Even with it’s cons people are still treated fairly comparing to many companies nowadays.

      Cons

      Self-centered management, focused on sweeping it’s problems under a carpet caused by patching errors after fixing previous errors. No interest in stopping that vicious circle.
