      Outsourcer of Starbucks in México

      Pros

      * Good Employee Benefits. * They try to use some Starbucks principles and values. * Financial support from Alsea (LATAM most important franchisee or joint venture partner of fast and casual food).

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. Senior Management is not alwas accord with the Starbucks values and principles. Company is now commited to financial growth but they are just focused on short term results.
