Thanks for your feedback and we always welcome constructive criticism especially from past employees. All our associates know that our management team has an open door policy and collaborative approach to solve challenges. nevertheless, we are the first one to admit that we are not a perfect company nor a perfect fit for everyone.
Our corporate ethos is to "fail fast" but we ensure to learn from it and own up to your mistakes - after all we are normal humans trying to be our best. We trust our "remote employees", encourage them to be entrepreneurial (as opposed to being micromanaged) and provide a open platform to interact & collaborate. We are very proud of all our associates - their focus and contribution to the success of our clients.
