This is unacceptable in today's world, and it's clear that diversity and inclusion are not priorities for the leadership, and their 'vision' for making a more transparent and equitable supply chain is more about serving their self-righteousness egos than doing good. Healthcare and benefits are less important if you are considering an early stage startup, but even at this stage of a company, they are behind the times. One might as well pay for everything out of pocket because that's the same experience.
