      Terrible place to work

      Pros

      Work life balance is a plus.

      Cons

      Money is below industry standard. Management have no idea how to run a business and promote consultants that have no leadership qualities. You will either be micromanaged or left completely alone. High turnover of management staff and one manager was harassing the young women that worked there. No development pathway or guidance. Nothing happens fast internally and there is next to no communication. “Team bonding sessions” don’t make up for the low salary.
