      Pros

      Help is really easy to get if needed, everyone is transparent. You get to meet a lot of cool people! Hard work is recognized, and bonuses are frequent. Product offered is easily the best one out there, which makes the sales much easier. Trainer's go above and beyond to help you in the beginning. You set your own schedule, it is Commission based, but I don't mind that. It just means to me that my pay is directly reflecting the work I put in that week.

      Cons

      Can be strenuous if you aren't being efficient. You need to be dedicated to your career, you can't just sit around and expect a paycheck.

      Chance to make a ton in commissions + residuals Can meet some cool people

      Cons

      Not a lot of guidance Saved up $7,000 to support myself while getting started, and that was not enough Completely self-driven - no base salary Once sale's academy is over, and your trainer has left, it is simply you walking into businesses over and over again Was misled slightly to believe the draw system worked differently than how it actually did
