      Some bright spots, but ultimately not worth itand high turnover

      Pros

      - Colleagues are really supportive and collaborative, with a few standout individuals who make the day-to-day more bearable. - Occasional flexibility in working hours depending on your manager but there is a desire to bring everyone into office 5 days a week.

      Cons

      - Lack of Transparency: Leadership direction is frequently unclear. Poor top-down communication creates a persistent sense of uncertainty across the teams. - High New Starter Turnover: There is a concerning trend of using the probationary period as a quick exit strategy. It appears common for new starters to be let go before their probation ends, often without any prior warnings, constructive feedback, or transparent reasoning. - Oversold Progression: Career development and growth opportunities are heavily pitched during the interview process but rarely materialise. - Culture vs. Reality: The company leans heavily on its "family business" branding, but the day-to-day reality and management actions do not reflect those values. Benefits: The benefits structure is unclear. Certain perks seem to be gatekept for specific, undisclosed bands, which creates an unnecessary divide.
