Pros
Altura Solutions is a people-focused company, that values diversity and access to opportunity. The leaders care a lot about ensuring employees have a lot of different opportunities to learn. There is not a huge feeling of hierarchy, so junior employees have a lot of opportunity to work directly with and around senior leadership.
Cons
I worked there during a time when it was growing a lot, so there were a lot of changing policies happening at once. The policy changes were for the best, but it took some adjusting to. During my time, benefits were not established as this was in progress.

Leadership was very supportive of growth in the company and the office environment was welcoming.
Cons
Just wasn’t the field for me and my compensation trajectory was not where I wanted it to be.
