Look carefully. Limited training, older machinery, managers don't know how to lead or manage, HR seems preoccupied more important issues like where is lunch, bait and switch - hire you to do a certain set of duties and quickly change the job on you. I understand there was a major fire on the premises - so that is a concern.
Strong company, market leader. Good location, good people to work with in many departments. Average 401K, fairly easygoing atmosphere, competitive pay. Family ownership.
Cons
Big change since passing of Phil---now dealing with 2nd generation owners who don't have the empathy of the founder. Seems like folks who haven't had to ever look for a job--it's just typical of 2nd/3rd generation owners--a bit out of touch. Young management, tough to advance--lots of competition. Family ownership.
