      Pros

      The quality of the work Amach delivers for their clients is incredible - it is what has allowed the company to grow so successfully over the last 10 years. As a business, they are open and engaged with ideas, opportunities and are willing to explore and make changes as appropriate. Everyone at the business is focused on maintaining the quality of the delivery whilst exploring opportunities for continues growth.

      Cons

      A small internal team, and still very much in "bootstrap startup" although this can be as much a benefit as a con.

      A Modern, Forward Thinking Employer

      Amach is growing and growing fast, there are plenty of opportunities to grow into. Flexible approach to working hours. Remote first working.

      Cons

      As a small company growing there are some growing pains, like catching up with policies - but this is being addressed.
