      Pros

      The best thing about this company is that everyone BS's their way through their day and you'll never actually be doing work. It's all smoke and mirrors. Take everything they say with a grain of salt because 1/3 of it is true.

      Cons

      Run while you still can. If you're desperate and need a job for 12 months , take the offer, if not , RUN. Everything about this company is mediocre. From the CEO to the BD staff.

      Pros

      Good Benefits Employees seem to be alright Decent work life balance

      Cons

      Pay raises are nonexistent If you're not part of the "family", you're expendable Senior management spends more effort patting each others backs than doing an real work Nepotism is pretty clear here if you look for it

      We never like to hear that our staff is pessimistic. Ambit has tried for many years to truly embrace the small business mentality and not being a "butts in seats" organization.       Great company to work for

      Pros

      It's a small business so you have access to all levels of MGMT, all the way up to the CEO Kim. The company works with you as you progress up the chain. Great benefits and very flexible PTO.

      Cons

      They may not pay as high a salary as some of their competitors. Other than that, I can't think of many other cons.
