Poor management. There are no pay raises. Company only pays for 3 holidays out of the year plus makes you take off for the other days without pay. When phones and computers go down and your not working they don't compensate you. They make you do work for free at times. They don't care about their employees. Work given out unevenly. Supervisors know nothing about the business. No safety equipment in the work place. Most employees don't like each other. Management and some auditors who are family are taken care of better than non family employees. Beware!!!

Apathetic and uninformed upper management, high turnover rate, and frustratingly little feedback from management. In my tenure at American Computer estimating I saw a great deal of nepotism, the firing of qualified employees followed swiftly by the hiring of new friends or associates of management who had little to no experience and needed to be trained for the position. I felt under-appreciated and at times downright disrespected when it came time to negotiate a pay-raise.
