- Nearly ZERO space for your career development. The management has been with the same people for mostly over a decade and they'll never leave
- The most intensive micro-management I've ever seen. Every little detail of you will be discussed, without your presence.
- Not so professional environment/culture. Some managers have personal preferred employees over the others in the same team. Some co-worker or managers love to talk in a way to somehow personally offend others.
- The company never invested in training. The training I received when I first started was not organized or logical, not clearly explained and clueless.
- The company does not embrace changes - good or bad. When there are ways to improve the current procedure, or better ideas for a certain projects, well, these are never welcomed. You either get a straight "no" from your manager, or "we'll deliver this message" and be never discussed upon.
- Very low pay
- Not competitive benefits
- minimum PTOs
