      No diversity or transparency

      Pros

      Friendly team and interesting work. Lots of opportunity to have a varied work day, various activities you can join in with.

      Cons

      There was little to no diversity within the team, people at the top had been there a long time and were resistant to change. Absolutely no transparency on wages, everyone was one various salaries, so more experienced colleagues with greater responsibility were often on a very similar salary to someone more junior.

      Lovely colleagues, poor management

      Pros

      You couldn't ask for a nicer group of colleagues with a genuine interest in wanting to provide the best services for their clients.

      Cons

      But the management systems in place are a mess. With understaffing at an all time high, employees are overworked, massively overstretched and underpaid. Anxiety is rampant but the overall response from upper management is to push through despite employee dissatisfaction, resulting in high turn over rates and employee burnout.

      Overtime is paid as days in lie only.
