      Pros

      401k, healthcare, bonuses, boot allowances, friendly employees and the owners always make themselves available to the employees are just a few of the reasons i enjoy working at American Precast Structures.

      Cons

      Its an outside job, so as expected, it can be hot or cold and you will get dirty.

      Appreciate the importance that is given to customer relationships. Great family atmosphere in the office.

      The environment is extremely friendly and welcoming Competitive pay rates There is always some sort of food in the kitchen (sweets included) Fridge stocked with drinks (Soda and water)

      Cons

      My office is freezing but, I bring a jacket to work so it doesn't matter and you can get a heater for under your desk.
