Very flexible with time off, most employees are very friendly, very fun work atmosphere, able to work in different departments, very family orientated

Cons

Management not loyal to employees, can be fired out of the blue for no reason, low wage-rate, it's a work as they need you basis (work not consistent), can get very clique-y at times

Skeleton staff, too much put on each position, not enough knowledgeable staff to train new staff, customers are a different breed of mean.
