      Pros

      It is a friendly place to work. The owners are understanding and kind. Each year for your birthday the company buys you a cake.

      Cons

      The company has a handful of employees who keep the company moving forward. Each department is unorganized and always falling behind. The delays and set backs are unnecessary.

      Pros

      No pros what do ever due to the environment which is why there is a high turn over rate in the whole R&I department

      Cons

      - toxic department - micromanaging managers and team members - lazy manager that has people do all her work - cheap with recognizing employees good performance - heavy work load - no summer fridays - no team lunches - team is very cliquey
