A paycheck every 2 weeks. That’s about it.
Cons
Terrible place to work. Lack of job security, horrible communication, ownership and upper management are clueless, fraudulent, lazy, extremely shady when it comes to commission payouts, rude and condescending, poor culture, and the list goes on. These people don’t care about people. They use and abuse their employees. Huge on fear tactics. You’re almost guaranteed to lose your job. Don’t waste your time!
