Pros

If you plan on going to Hades in the afterlife this is the perfect hands on training. Good employees that support each other.

Cons

Hot, dirty, and unhealthy fumes. Very top heavy. HR's only job is to protect management as they run roughshod over the employees.

Very Bias Not Alot of diversity Extreme Micromanaging Alot of microaggressions If you do not discuss your personal life you are harassed and targeted. Petty & immature women Hostile work environment Constant gossip, inadequate management & HR Department. No room for growth, if management is threatened by you you wont get anywhere. Two Faced coworkers. Nothing is kept confidential, compromised personal information. High turnover, and theres a reason for the high turnover. Coworkers steal your work and take credit for it. No flexibility

Pros

Resigning was the major highlight. Good people working there, but leadership leaves a lot to be desired. I have seen many of the best people leave, so a pro for them.

Cons

Culture of fear. Keep your head down and don't ask questions or challenge the boss. Small minded and parochial. Not very diverse.
