Training period - On your offer letter, it will be mentioned that 4 months are allotted for training. But, in reality, the training period is at most 2 weeks. Even, in the training period, you are expected to finish and give assignments within a very tight deadline. In the name of Learning, they would give you some very difficult tasks and expect you to complete them within their delivery timelines. Work Life Balance - There is no concept of work life balance here. Due to very tight internal deadlines, employees are implicitly expected to work on weekends and on holidays to complete work. Most of the times, this is communicated by the manager, but sometimes, they put so much indirect psychological pressure on you such that you become stressed and try to finish the work without anyone asking you to do so.
