Pros

Helpful teammates. They are under the same work pressure as you are, hence they are supportive and understanding.

Cons

Training period - On your offer letter, it will be mentioned that 4 months are allotted for training. But, in reality, the training period is at most 2 weeks. Even, in the training period, you are expected to finish and give assignments within a very tight deadline. In the name of Learning, they would give you some very difficult tasks and expect you to complete them within their delivery timelines. Work Life Balance - There is no concept of work life balance here. Due to very tight internal deadlines, employees are implicitly expected to work on weekends and on holidays to complete work. Most of the times, this is communicated by the manager, but sometimes, they put so much indirect psychological pressure on you such that you become stressed and try to finish the work without anyone asking you to do so. Load sharing - There is no concept of load sharing here. Most of the times, in the middle of sprints, you are allotted new tasks and are expected to accommodate those along with the current assigned tasks. Safety issues (with reference to Work from Office scenarios) - Due to so much of workload, most of the employees leave around 9PM, even after the Late Stay policy was implemented by HR (this stated that you have to leave before 8pm, else get an approval from your manager for working beyond 8pm). Long working hours - Again, due to high workload, employees have no option except succumb to the senior management and stay late and complete the work. Psychological pressure - The mentality of the senior management here is to put Psychological pressure on the employee and get the most productivity out of him/her. Suppose for a particular task you estimate 5 days, the management will expect you to complete the same within 3 days. They will take regular follow ups on the same and even ask you to stretch working on weekends to complete the task.

Pros

To be honest, I really cant think of Pros. I was recruited as a Product Engineer. You wont get to learn much. The Glassdoor reviews which says that you get to learn a lot in Drishti, are from Developers(because in case of development you really get to learn a lot), and I really appreciate it, but incase of Product Engineer, you will be learning their own Ameyo tool. You have to work upon that tool. All you would learn is Basics of Linux. What about technologies??? The candidates who have intermediate or advanced knowledge of Linux or System Adminsitration, should definitely not try in Drishti. Product Engineer departments sucks! Learning their own Ameyo tool wont land you a good package after you leave Drishti.

Cons

Already mentioned in place of Pros. By the way, the salary structure of Drishti is a big problem. Suppose you CTC is 5 lpa, that means 40k per month(approximately). If you have this salary in Drishti, you would be credited 34K per month, rest 6K will be credited after every quarter as a bonus. THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN DRISHTI. And yes, Drishti also is no-where in terms of technology! When it comes in technology, Asterisk and VoIP technologies are used. These days, technologies like AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, DevOps, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Machine Learning are on a boom! Drishti lags behind in terms of technology.
