Free thinking is actively promoted, open door to leadership team. This business will NOT sit still or get stale, everything about it is in growth mode. Encourages open feedback and reacts positively to it. Excellent product roadmap Excellent vision

Cons

Tough one, I'm not sure you could consider the opportunity to see the world and experience different business cultures a con, this company has a sense of all hands on deck, its a global business in scale up and people are always around 24/7 to respond to you but this is because the energy and enthusiasm filters from the top all the way down not due to a sense of obligation...there really are no cons.

Fast paced environment which may not be for everyone but the rewards are worth it in the long term
