Mostly nice, smart, hard working people outside of upper management
Cons
- CEO is unprofessional, rude, sells employees down river quickly, buries his head when conflict arises - No bonuses or commission. Even if it’s in writing CEO will try to avoid paying it - Department heads are replaced annually and company goals are laughably unrealistic - Investors are inexperienced and it shows by their tolerance for poor management and results
