Pros
AmplifAI is an awesome place to work with a friendly culture and great flexibility- it's also got that fun and exciting fast paced startup vibe to it. They are really great about employee recognition. I am coming from the call center world, so it's really nice to work somewhere that is actually improving agents lives instead of just being focused on driving them harder or cutting cost. The CEO is personally involved in every department and never stops working so he leads by example.
Cons
It's size still has some some of the internal resources being developed and further organized but it's adding more every day.
