      Pros

      Progressive, forward looking, communications getting better all the time, really do care for its people. Investing in the future, senior leadership team supportive. Recruiting and developing talented people and creating a positive work environment. Room for personal growth for those aspiring to move in to new roles. Much work going in to sustainable initiatives.

      Complexities, could do with streamlining, but can see management working on various initiatives

      Pros

      Last couple of years seem to have witnessed a real change in culture with current management actually taking the time to communicate and let everyone know what is going on. A lot investment in the warehouse, which would not have happened under previous owners. Flexible working a real step on.Seems to be going places.

      Poor leadership, pulled in multiple directions constantly. Employees are not trusted and are micromanaged from the top down. No team spirit across the business. Constantly walking in egg shells when working with other teams, no progression plans, you are just a number and your loyalty means nothing
