      If you cannot find employment anywhere else, use this as a brief stepping stone.

      Cons

      - micromanagement - low pay and unreasonable work expectations - family company passed down to a son who doesn’t understand how to run a business and tortures his employees with ridiculous time wasting tasks - cash flow issues - indentured servants (they will hire non US citizens and offer sponsorship as a way to lock in low under market pay)
