Pros

Pay, comradery and variety of locations to work. Opportunities to move around positions even without a college degree.

Cons

Your schedule is determined off of what time the train runs through the location you work. Some are much more tolerable than others. The train can also become late making the schedule even more lumpy. It can get very redundant going between the same locations.
